Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with Regional Manager and Management team to craft and execute strategic plans that align with Alibaba Cloud mission and vision. Collaborate with teams to develop and execute robust sales and marketing strategies aims to achieve revenue targets and gain more market share;
2.Work closely with regional sales team, consolidate internal and market information, support sales team to enhance the business operation. Taking responsibility of regional leads generation, management and systematic operation, regional pipeline management. Support regional leaders to identify the sales gap and set up recover plan;
3.Identify business optimization opportunity, drive and build up process to improve E2E efficiency by deep-down analysis on both business report and industrial information;
4.Coordinate internal and external resource, set up enablement knowledge base for regional BD and SA teams, in order to improve their capability;
5.Build up effectiveness regional reporting system by consolidating resources from both internal and external, and providing efficient reporting for decision making.
Requirement:
1.5 + years experience working within a high-growth, internet or IT company, with basic understanding on cloud computing industry;
2.Frontend sales experience and operation experience are preferred. Exhibits strong analytical skills, good data and business acumen;
3.Fluent English is must, strong English and Mandarin communication skills on both written and verbal. Able to work with team members across regions with strong team work mindset under high pressure circumstance;
4.Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented; Enthusiastic willingness to learn new technologies and space, strong pioneering and innovative spirit;
5.Data analysis skills to support monitor setup and result measurement. Excel/SQL skills are preferred.
