== Session Overall Introduction ==
This course is mostly suitable for morning exercise, or after the snap in the noon, you can try to set your alarm a little bit earlier for morning yoga. When you make it as routine, the habit will turn your day much more productive and energized. In fact, morning has been proven to be one of the most optimal time for yoga. After a night’s sleep, fresh air and balanced breathing through yoga practice can wake up the brain much healthier than a cup of coffee or tea. This session will help you save and keep the energy all you need in a day.
This gentle yoga course contains several parts: Cattocow Pose, Cobra, Plank, Sunretun to Mountain and Simple Triangle.To begin with, you will hear a piece of soothing music for the breath. Then, slowly stretch your body with a series of Perfect Pose and leg-ankle movements. Following refreshing postures will put your yoga practice to a perfect end.
Wake up and embrace the first sunshine, start a brand-new day!
