New patch details:

Territory war:
Activities-Territory Battle, which start on every Sunday evening 9 PM and ends within 10 minutes.

Inter-server war:
Activities-Cross-server battle, which opens during 19:30-20:00 every night.

The secret shop:
The secret shop sells rare items, such as new tracks, fashion, pet etc.

Skills advanced:
The Character-Skill-Upgrade can be advanced.

The upper limit of Enhancement raised: +11, +12

The upper limit of Quality raised: myths, legends, epic
