1.Gain an understanding of digital technology & revenue ecosystem and be able to explain product benefits within this context;

2.Sell multiple products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product, without digressing from a coherent product message and overall strategy;

3.Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked;

4.Work closely with GM to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals;

5.Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management;

6.Convey field intelligence to product management teams in regard to development features;

7.Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals;

8.Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts within the Greater Chinese Market;

9.Participate in a number of key sales and marketing events to energetically support and maximize the revenue potential from events. 


1.Significant sales experience 3+ years) in branding selling with ability to leverage a pre-existing network of advertisers and marketers to bring a high volume of new advertising clients and brands to Start.IO APAC market;

2.A true passion for branding selling, and a strong sales drive with an ability to build strategic partnerships;

3.Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports;

4.Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimization;

5.Native level Chinese with Excellent written and conversational English;

6.Ability to multitask with various deadlines;

7.Vast knowledge and prior relationships with stakeholders within 1st/2nd tier agencies are a must.
