Return and Refund Policy

The ticket is not returnable or refundable. Please note we are not responsible if you are unable to participate. please forgive us for any inconvenience.

Prohibited Items

Foods, drinks, professional recording equipment, and lighter, etc. are not allowed in the GC India 2019 event due to security and copyright reasons. Please pay attention to the tips by on-site staff and the broadcast, and cooperate with us.

Payment Time Limitation

You should complete the payment immediately after you order the ticket. If the order is not paid successfully, it will be automatically canceled in the system, and you need to re-order the ticket.

Sold-out Reminder

If the ticket type is in grey, it is sold out. You can purchase the other types of tickets on the current page.

Invoice Explanation

If you need an invoice, please send an email to liuzq@baijing.cn before the event, with your company’s full name, tax ID number, and the ticket payment screenshot. The invoice will be provided after approximately 4 weeks of the event.

Admission by Ticket Only

The GC India event provides the QR Code ticket. In order to save your registration time, please print the QR Code ticket before the event and bring it to enter.
